Frequently Asked Questions
What size are the cards?
All cards are 5" × 7" (portrait orientation), printed on premium coated card stock. Each card comes with a matching envelope and is blank inside.
Are the cards personalised?
No — these are Stewart's original jokes and illustrations, ready to go. The inside is left blank so you can write your own message. Think of it as a collaboration: Stewart handles the funny bit on the front, you handle whatever you need to say inside.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. We ship to the UK, Canada, the USA, Europe, and beyond.
How long does delivery take?
Because every card is made to order, there's a short production window before your order ships:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Canada & USA: 5–12 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–15 business days
Can I return a card?
Because each card is printed specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your card arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you. No need to return anything — just email us with a photo. What if my card arrives damaged?
Just email greetingsfromstewart@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 30 days of receiving it. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you'd prefer.
Who is Stewart Francis?
Stewart Francis is a Canadian comedian who has built a long career in the UK. He's appeared twelve times on Mock the Week, twice on Live at the Apollo, and won the Edinburgh Fringe Funniest Joke of the Year in 2012. He writes and illustrates every card in this range. Yes, personally.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
No gift wrapping — the card itself is the thing. It arrives ready to write in and hand over.
Are the cards eco-friendly?
We work with print partners who use FSC-certified card stock where available. Because cards are printed on demand, we avoid the waste that comes with bulk printing and unsold inventory.
Do you do bulk orders or wholesale?
Possibly! If you're interested in a bulk order or wholesale enquiries, get in touch at greetingsfromstewart@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.
I haven't received my order — what should I do?
If your estimated delivery window has passed and there's no sign of your order, email greetingsfromstewart@gmail.com with your order number. We'll get back to you within 48 business hours.
